HOW WE WORK

Initial face to face meeting (or telephone call) to find out about your project and whether you want us to produce designs only or to also project manage.

Our design fee proposal is submitted to you which is a one-off fee based on the time we estimate spending putting the designs together.

Once the design fee is agreed we arrange meetings to suit your timeframe, these meetings enable us to talk you through our ideas and costings, fine tuning each time until we are agreed.

The finished designs are collated and handed over to you to either implement yourself or employ us to carry out the work.
The most successful projects are where we are involved from start to finish bringing in our trades & suppliers and overseeing their work to take the pressure away from you and to ensure our designs remain true.
