Our services are modular and can be engaged individually or as a complete package, allowing you to retain flexibility.The most successful projects by far are where we are included at every stage.
Scaled 2D floor-plans showing wall configuration and layouts of furniture – this covers all areas within your home, including kitchens & bathrooms.
Scaled 2D drawings showing positions of ceiling lights, wall lights, pendants, LED strips & feature lighting, along with your light switches, power sockets & TV power.
The design element, where we source, specify and coordinate all moveable furnishings and equipment – including furniture,lighting, decorative elements and operational items, to fully furnish your space.
These are the permanent interior elements that we select – for example: doors & door hardware, skirtings, architraves, trims,stair spindles & handrails, wall panelling, sanitaryware, brassware and any bespoke joinery.
We curate the finishing layers of the interior, including free-standing furniture choices, light fittings, window treatments, rugs, cushions, upholstery, and accessories – thoughtfully selected to add texture, comfort and personality to the space.
Optional 3D visualisations and coloured renders can be arranged to further communicate the design intent. These are outsourced to specialist partners and are priced separately if required.
We handle the ordering, coordination, storage, and final installation of all approved items, ensuring everything arrives on time and is installed seamlessly.
This is a fee where we remain available throughout the construction/renovation period to answer builder’s queries and ensure our drawings and specifications are being followed correctly. This service is offered as a fixed fee based on overall project scope and bridges the gap between design and construction
We now offer a seperate supply & fit service for curtains and blinds – and what really sets us apart, is that it is one of our talented interior designers who comes to see you.
Design and Measuring – £150 Per Room
Includes two visits and covers properties within a 25 mile radius of Ingatestone, Essex. If the travel exceeds above, travel expenses will be applied.
Maybe you have already started decorating your room but have lost your way and need some inspiration or you are about to embark on your project and don’t know where to start. Whether its for one room or a walk around your home, you can have our undivided attention for 2 hours (more if you wish)
Consultation Price – £350 2 Hours This cost covers properties within a 25 mile radius of Ingatestone, Essex. If the travel exceeds above, travel expenses will be applied.
